Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Leadeth ProfileIQ™ (the “Service”), provided by Dorweb Ltd trading as Leadeth® (company no. 11453573), 99 Weatherbury Way, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 2EE, United Kingdom. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

ProfileIQ analyses a LinkedIn profile and produces an audit score and a personalised report with suggestions to improve it. The report is guidance based on public information and AI analysis — it is informational and does not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or level of engagement.

Acceptable use

• Audit your own LinkedIn profile, or a profile you are authorised to review.
• Only add a profile to the leaderboard if it is yours or you have the right to list it.
• Don’t misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

Accounts

You sign in with LinkedIn. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your data (see our Privacy Policy).

Payments

• Your first report may be free. Additional reports are £9.99 + VAT each, or via credits.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and include or add VAT as indicated.
• Because reports are generated and delivered digitally on demand, a completed report is non-refundable once generated, except where required by law. If something goes wrong technically, contact us and we’ll put it right.

Intellectual property

The Service, its content and branding are owned by Dorweb Ltd. The report we generate for you is yours to use for your own LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn trademarks belong to LinkedIn Corporation.

Third parties & LinkedIn

Leadeth® / ProfileIQ™ are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. Public profile data is collected from the public web. Any onward referral offers (e.g. Sales Navigator) are provided by the relevant third party on their own terms.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes resulting from actions you take based on the report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
